We signed the boys up for swim lessons. Kaiden actually started at a level 2 class, which fits his skill set, but the class takes place in the lap pool and Kaiden is too short to touch the bottom. He wasn't comfortable not being able to touch and the water temperature is colder. So, we moved him back a class. This puts him in the warmer water that isn't over his head. He might not be learning as much as he would have in the other class, but he loves being in the water and enjoys the class... which is what matters most! Maybe next year he'll be tall enough to feel comfortable in the lap pool. Connor is taking a Jr. Life Guard class. It's a 2 hour class every Saturday. We all watch Connor swim for 30 minutes, then Kaiden has his 30 minute class, then Kaiden and I play in the lazy river for 1 hour while Jason swims laps and Connor finishes his lesson.
