Stephen and his girlfriend Amanda came up for a visit from Arizona. Grill master Tony and pastry chef Staci made a big dinner at their house. Mmmm there is nothing better than good food and great family! 
I made Connor a new blankie! One side is yellow with white Winnie the Pooh characters and the other side is fuzzy soft white.

I got to watch Ryan on Friday evening while John and Laura took the girls to see the new Harry Potter movie! What a sweet little boy. I forgot how easy babies are before they become mobile.

birth height: 18.5 inches, 1 year height: 30 inches

Poor Connor caught the flu on Sunday. Mom caught it Tuesday. We've had a rough week.
Happy 1st Birthday Connor! We had a BBQ party in the backyard on Saturday. It was 95 degree's, so I guess the wind was a good thing.

On Monday evening Connor took his first 3 steps alone! Yeah! He's still shaky and prefers to have both your hands for balance, but he's proved he can walk on his own now! The Trantum's gave Connor his first set of Lego's. I'm not sure if they were for Connor or mom and dad? But the whole family is having fun with them! Thanks Trantum's!! =)

Yard sale day! Once a year we have a community yard sale. This year 51 of my neighbors participated... less than last year, but still a good turn out!
Then we headed to Riverfront Park for Jason's company BBQ. Max and Jason

Sunday Jason ran the yard sale while I went scrap booking with my friends. Then we had some nice relaxing family time and watched some movies. What a great weekend!
Shannon, Connor and I headed up to visit my parents on Friday. The girls and Connor went to Chewelah's big fair, Chataqua. We had fun walking around looking at all the booths.
