boys are boys

When Jason sent me a picture of a Huge Halloween spider at Costco.. Connor and I said "Buy it!"  The boys love spiders and this is a great addition to our Halloween decorations, which I put out over the weekend.  We have had several huge fires burning in the area, which makes it impossible to spend time outside with the smoke.  We were starting to get board being cooped up inside, so Connor and I decided to dig out the Halloween decorations for something fun to do.  I guess we're 2 months early this year.  =)

 the boys love our new spooky spider with fuzzy legs and light up eyes.  Added bonus the box makes a little hide out spot for Connor.  Goofy kid!

We take the boat out to Silver Lake by our house almost every weekend for some fishing and sometimes tubing.  We bought a new smaller tube for Connor.  It works great.  He was a little bit nervous to try it out on his own, but once we got going he had a blast and loved it.  Kaiden got a chance to try out the Captains chair too...

fun in the Big tub.  Kaiden usually takes his bath inside his soft blow up duck, which sits inside my big tub.  But he's finally getting big enough to take baths with his big brother inside the big tub.

Kaiden loves our phones.  He pushes the buttons and talks on it.  The only problem is he gets really mad when you try to take the phone away from him.

I bought Kaiden this stethoscope a while ago and he loves to wear it around his neck.  Dr. Kaiden

He also loves the corn on the cob from Grandpa!  Yum Yum  And yes, he does eat it off the cob.

Kaiden's favorite thing in the world.. his stuffed bunny.  Grandma gave Kaiden the white with purple bunny, which he is extremely attached to.  Connor gave Kaiden the bunny grandma gave him, which is the tan with pink.  Kaiden takes his bunny (either of them) everywhere!!  He sleeps in his crib cuddled up to both bunnies at night.  When he gets hurt he always reaches for his bunny to cuddle and make it better.  He takes his bunny in the car.  No matter where we are his bunny is guaranteed to be close by.   The 2 must haves in our house: bunny and binky!

Kaiden has 2 more top teeth that popped threw. Jason was in Alaska the week of 8-17.  Kaiden said "mom, mom, mom" on 8-17-15
