Connor won the I "can" award at his school again!

We met Greg and Johanna at the Harvest House in Green Bluff.  The boys had a blast playing in the fun center, sippin' warm cocoa, going threw the hay bail maze, the horse drawn carriage ride, riding ponies...

 

 That evening I met my 6S girls at Dawn's house for a movie and wine night.  We decided to watch the new Girls Ghost Busters movie, sip wine and enjoy some deserts.  I love my evening crew at Sacred Heart!  Me, Lorie, Dawn and Biljana.  The following day me, Jason and both boys took the ATV's out.

Grandpa built Connor an art easel.  He's our budding artist, always drawing.  Connor's last soccer game was on October 19 and that was also our first Cub Scout's meeting.

Kaiden and I went for a 3 hour hike around Bowl and Pitcher in Riverside State Park

All summer long I had Connor complete a math page and read either sight words or a short book to help him improve.  He loves math and whizzes through the problems.  He hates reading though and it's a struggle to get him to actually do it.  It really helped to make him read this summer though.  Even though he hates to read he's actually getting pretty good at it.  Kaiden loves to do anything his big brother does.  These boys totally adore each other.  Except when Connor decides to hug and love on his brother too much, then Kaiden pushes him away.  Below is Kaiden reading to Connor and playing the keyboard.
