Jason had a business trip to San Diego Monday- Wednesday, so me and the boys jumped on a plane and met him in San Diego Wednesday for a 9 day vacation. I worked Tuesday night from 3:00pm- 11:30pm, which means I normally get to bed around 12:30-1:00am and our flight was at 8:00am. I was up at 6:00 and out the door by 6:30. I was a tired momma, but managed to get all our stuff loaded into the 4-runner and to the airport with 2 sleepy boys on time. We each had a backpack with stuff, 1 suitcase, and Kaiden's car seat. Jason had taken a large suitcase down with most of our clothing. We flew from Spokane to Portland, had a 4 hour layover then to San Diego. Portland airport has a play area for the kids though, which is where we spent our time. Kaiden ran laps, Connor played games on his phone. Once at San Diego Jason picked us up and went to the car rental to extend his rental for the 9 days. Then to the hotel to check in, unpack our stuff and then to Walmart to buy some food for the week. The boys sat next to each other with me across the isle on the small plane to Portland, then we all sat together on the bigger plane to San Diego.
