Manito Park

April fun

We had a LVAD training class for my work, so Biljana, Kimbarley and I went out to lunch after the class before we went to work.  The boys cuddled Piper. 

 Above: Kaiden, Landry, Raheem and Connor camping out in the basement for a sleep over.  The boys have friends spend the night some times on the weekends that I'm working.
Below: Kaiden, Piper and I went to Water Front Park to play.  We didn't get to stay very long though since it was a bit breezy.

Spokane Mission Park

I took the boys to the Spokane Mission Park (not the Spokane Valley Mission park) to play.  I love to take them to new parks to explore.  Then we went to the Wilcox park by our house.  Of course Connor had to climb a tree.  Last pictures are of Kaiden and Piper cuddling up for a nap.

Paul's

We went to Paul and Stephani's house for a dinner party.  Piper got a play date with their new puppy, Mochi.  We took Jason's truck since he needed to stop at the hardware store for something big on the way... so we strapped Piper's kennel in the back.  I wasn't sure how she would like that idea so I made Jason stop a few times to check on her, but she seemed to love it.  Once we got to Paul's house we took the kids and Piper to the park right behind his house for them to burn off some energy before going into Paul's backyard.  Piper noticed Mochi when we were leaving the park and got so excited.  The two of them play so well together.  They both love to play chase.  Kaiden enjoyed playing with Penny- the daughter of some of Paul's other friends that came to dinner.  After the other couple left we took Mochi, Piper and the kids back to the park for one last spin before we left.  We had a great time and loved the smoked ribs that Paul made for dinner!  Piper came home with grass stained paws from all the fun she had with Mochi.

Tree time

Playing at the park by our house.  Connor has a new fascination with climbing trees.  Kaiden is fascinated with riding his scooter everywhere.  Some funny things Kaiden says..
He calls S'mores "Snores."  Instead of Okey Dokey he says "Dokey Dokey." Marsh mellows he calls "Smarsh Mellows."  His dad's beer he calls "Beard."
