New Years

We spent the new years at home this year playing games and watching movies as a family.

Kaiden working on his army crawl
New years desert... strawberries with nutella and chocolate ice cream.  Yum!  Connor's 3 favorite foods.
My little drool-a-monster.  Kaiden loves to be naked.  Any chance he gets he takes his socks off.  I don't even bother with shoes since he just pulls them off anyway.  Very rarely does he get to crawl around in just his diaper... but when he gets the opportunity he's very excited and happy about it.

Kaiden has 8 teeth now!  4 chompers on top and 4 on bottom.
A common site.. Jason on one of his phones (he has a personal phone and work phone).

Get Air

Brother play time
Connor asked to sit in the playpen with Kaiden so they could play together in there

Kaiden loves his Little tike piano! Connor loves to snuggle with his little brother.. even if that means he gets his hair pulled or a finger in his eye.

Before Christmas I went shopping with Tina at the Northtown mall and discovered a fun trampoline place.  I knew Jason would have a blast, so we met him after work one day there.  Jason and Connor had fun playing while Kaiden and I watched.
In addition to a room full of trampolines they also have a Ninja Warrior challenge course.  We love watching that show on TV, so Jason decided to give the course a try.

Jason and Connor just hanging around.

Another section of the Warrior course... Jason raced this little girl through the course.  Jason lost!  LOL

Christmas at home

The boys opened a few gifts before we left and Santa brought them presents at Grandma's house, but the morning after we got home they got to open the rest of their presents.

Kaiden patiently waiting for his gifts
Connor was more excited for us to open the gifts he had for us than to open his own gifts.  He's such a loving, caring kid.  Over the last month he has been coloring pictures, making crafts and wrapping up gifts for Jason and I.
Connor picked out this beautiful snail necklace for me.  I love it Connor!!

He also picked out this ruby for me at the Santa Express.  He was so excited for me to open it.  He knows that Ruby's are my favorite (it's also his birth stone).

A beautiful picture my artist Connor drew for dad
A visor he made for mom

A magnet building set Connor got
a remote control boat.  Jason and Connor are excited to go fishing in the big boat this summer and play with the remote control boat at the lake.

Connor's Santa Express gift he picked out for his brother.  He chose a cute little stuffed mouse that his brother could chew on.  Kaiden loves it too!  Kaiden's two favorite toys are both toys Connor picked out for him... his blue rattle bird and this cute little mouse.

Kaiden checking out his new toys

Connor got an entire box of Hero Factory (Bionicals).  The fun part is that you can be creative and interchange parts to create an unique character.  Jason created the one to the left, Connor created the next two and I created the two on the right.

We had a great Christmas.  Jason got his smart TV, Fitbit exercise watch, headphones and workout clothes. Connor got tons of his Hero Factory/Bionical toys, robot building kit, circuit board, remote control boat, stuffed animals, fleece clothes, magnet building set, Big Hero 6 toy, books and more.  Kaiden got some books, cars, little tike piano, stack tower and stuffed animals.  I got 2 necklaces, a photo book and a large canvas print of the boys.  Jason also bought me a Garmin exercise watch, but my wrists are really small and the watch face was too big... so I had to return it.
