Christmas Day at Staci and Tony's
Family photo. We had Christmas Dinner at Staci and Tony's house. Tony made some Prime Rib, which was delicious (as always... I don't think it's possible for Tony to make a bad meal) and Staci made some amazing twice baked potatoes too! Shawn and Lacy playing with Taelor's new Ipod

Christmas
Grandpa and Connor snugglingJohn, Laura, Madison, Alivia
Connor opening a gift. He has his first cold, but despite that he had a great first Christmas.
testing out the Mickey Mouse rocker Grandma and Grandpa got him. Grandma is a huge Mickey Mouse fan so I have a feeling he's going to get lots of Mickey Mouse stuff...
Grandma and Grandpa spoiled Connor... this is his new Jumperoo. His feet don't quiet touch the ground yet so we had to make some modifications.
Grandma rocking Connor to sleep... all the fun has wore him out!
playing with his Old McDonald hand puppet book. OMG I wish I would have got video of him laughing. He thought these puppets were the funniest thing.

Let it snow! Let it snow! Let it snow!
more snow pictures...we have 23 inches in our front yard!
our family is spending the day relaxing inside... Connor has become quiet independent lately! He likes to hold his own bottle now.
Nala curled up on a blanket... her favorite spot in the house
Chloe napping in her bean bag. She's had this bean bag for 8+ years now and loves it!
we're breaking records!
They just announced on the news that we broke the last record for the most amount of snowfall in a 24 hour period... previously the record was 13 inches. We received 17 inches of snow in the last 24 hours and it's still snowing.our family room window

Snow
Snow, Snow, and more Snow! It's been snowing for the last 24 hours and we have over a foot now... and it continues to snow. Spokane pretty much shut down yesterday afternoon. All the businesses were closing and sending people home. It normally takes me 20-30 minutes to get home, but yesterday it took me 2 hours! Needless to say I'm staying home with my little man today. We plan on snuggling on the couch with a good book. I called my work and so far only 2 people have managed to make it in.... considering we're an office of 150+ and at least 25% are there by this time... I have a feeling it's going to be another very cold, long winter like last year. Lots of snow and freezing temperatures. Oh and we're been down in the single digits this last week for temps too... negative a couple times. Hope you are all keeping warm.

Mommy's little helper
Connor helped me cook dinner tonight. He's quiet the little assistant.
Yesterday was his first day at daycare (my first day back to work full time). He did great! They were amazed at how happy he is... and told me he is one of the easiest babies they've had! There is another little boy in his class that is exactly his age, named Micah. He'll have a partner in crime to play with.

Day at Trantums
For the last several years 3 of my best friends and I get together to scrapbook once a month. We rotate houses and this month it was at my friend Tina's house... it's usually a kid-free day for us to chat and get some pictures scrapbooked, but since Jason's out of town I brought Connor with me. Her boys are so adorable and so good with Connor. It's going to be fun when Connor gets old enough to play with them. So here is Jakob, Connor and Zach. Jakob and Zach gave Connor some toys they don't play with anymore... all of them talk and make sounds! He's a very loved little boy ... between Grandma and Grandpa buying him goodies, Aunt Frannie buying him goodies and all the fun stuff we get from Tina and her boys Jakob and Zach, and Lisa and her boys Sky and Brady... he's a very lucky little boy! Thank you everyone!
I thought this was neat... Lisa gave us all these beer bottles filled with beer bread and a bottle opener. Neat idea Lisa! Jason is going to love this when he gets home! I thought my friend, Carrie would really enjoy this idea too since she works for a brewery. =)
