Olesya

Jason ran Blooms Day this year in 1.09.  Not his best time, but considering he hasn't been able to run lately to prepare and worst of all he hasn't got much sleep in the last week or so...  I would say 1.09 isn't too bad!  This year it was windy and rainy for the run too.  I love this picture of Jason... it shows how exhausted and wore out this new daddy is.  The last 2 years Jason has run Blooms Day with the corporate cup and then met up with me and Connor to walk the Blooms Day course with us.  Obviously Connor and I didn't do Bloom Day this year with Kaiden being so young, but maybe next year the 4 of us will be back in action.

Jason was hoping to get a nap after his run, but both boys settled onto his lap and they ended up getting the nap instead.

My nursing friend, Olesya Vlasenko stopped by with her husband, Roman and two beautiful girls, Nina and Eva.  She is such a sweet friend.  She brought over a huge casserole dish with the most delicious dinner for us.  I have to say it was so nice to have something for dinner besides cheese casadia's, grilled cheese sandwiches or the chicken enchilada's that I made before my C/S.

Kaiden checking out the bouncy seat for the first time.  He wasn't real sure about the vibration at first.  But he loves to sleep at either an incline on his back or his favorite... laying on his belly against either my chest or Jason's chest.  He's not a fan of laying flat on his back.  We have a wedge in his bassinet so he can sleep on his back with an incline.

I love to see the sparkle in Connor's eyes and big smile every time he gets a chance to hold his little brother.
