Steam Boat Rock
Camping trip to Steam Boat Rock! We've been waiting for a camping trip here, but it's usually full. It's almost like an island, except it is connected to land so you can drive an RV there. We didn't plan ahead and book anything, but wanted to go camping and by luck they had a cancellation and we got an amazing camping site! We had thunder storms every night, but it was still such a fun time! One of the perks to camping in a RV is that you can have fantastic evenings playing family board games and then it's fun when it rains and storms. There is also a huge shallow beach area that was so much fun. You can walk out forever and the water is still only at your knees. Piper and Jason had fun swimming laps. I think Jason was actually trying to swim some laps, but Piper wouldn't let him out of her sight. She loves to swim... and she loves Jason. We saw some bat at night, which was pretty cool. They also have a private park area which was tons of fun to play on the equipment and some great hiking trails. So much fun! We will definitely be back again.

Silverwood
The boys and I had a fun day at Silverwood... rides, water park, ice cream, our favorite magic show that never disappoints and games with fuzzy soft stuffed animal prizes. Another amazing summer day with the best 2 boys in the world! I sure love being their mom and getting to spend incredible time making memories with them.

Fishing
My boys favorite past time is fishing. Piper and I love boating and watching the boys fish. Bonus Connor finally started baiting his own hook! He wasn't fond of the idea, but he puts his own worm on the hook now instead of me. And Connor finally started taking his own fish off the line too. He even takes Kaiden's fish off for him. Last picture is Jason with his "ear ring" catch... that's our typical tiny catch at Silver lake. Small fish, but the boys love it because we usually catch 10-20 fish. They bite like crazy and keep the boys busy.
