Mom and Connor in our Old Navy Halloween shirts. Our house has officially been spook-a-fied! We have all the decorations out, except dad's traditional scare crow on the front porch and the spooky spider webs. Those come last.We had a cold and windy weekend. So, Sunday morning we had breakfast fireside at the Rusty Moose Lodge. Yum! Then it was home for the boys to watch some football together.
Connor has mastered walking. He's moved onto SPRINTING now. As you can tell from his fat lip he doesn't have sprinting mastered yet. Poor little guy.
Jason left for Alaska this week. The crew of the Northwestern Crab boat, from the TV show Deadliest Catch was on his flight! We love that show. So, he got to see Sig Hansen. On one of his other flights he saw Paul Guilfoyle- he plays Jim Brass on CSI. And Joe Biden- the Vice President was at one of the places Jason was working at. I keep reminding him to take pictures. Maybe someday he will so I can post them!

2nd hair cut
Wooo Hooo! My boys new short hair cut. Jason's cut his own hair since high school. So, we figured he could give cutting Connor's hair a try. I think he did a fantastic job! Connor did excellent too. He sat still and didn't mind the clippers at all. Took me a while to talk daddy into cutting his hair short, but I'm so glad we did. I love it!

September update
Connor's little ball pit. This turtle has been a swim pool, ball pit and next summer it will be his sand box. So many uses for a turtle!fun with j-e-l-l-o!
mmm spaghetti
What a little monkey! Scaling the front of the couch
Dad was ready to catch him if he fell, but he climbed all the way up on his own.
We re-did part of our dog kennel recently. Here it is almost completely done now. Jason put a cement walkway for them (which they both use and love), stepping stones to the gate made by Grandpa K and rock boarders. Plus they already had their in-ground swim pool at the end of the kennel. We still have a few dead patches of grass, but overall I think these doggies are pretty darn spoiled!
Jason did a great job re-doing our flower beds! We had bark in the flower beds and decided to change it over to rock. So, Jason put down some weed fabric and rock. I lost track of how many truck fulls of rock he had to bring in. Lots of work, but it looks great honey!
