We had so much fun at the water park last week that we decided to go back again.

We've had a busy week. We planted 2 truck fulls of plants/shrubs/tree's in the back yard. Jason is putting in some beautiful landscape rock in the flower beds. He's already brought in 3 trucks full... I think he said he needs about 3-4 more trucks full to be done. We planted some grasses around our waterfall and pond area. Our yard is looking really pretty! I painted the accent wall in our basement and now we're just waiting for the carpet to be installed. Saturday we helped my parents move into their new house. I can't wait to go back and visit and see everything out of boxes! They have a park 1 block from their house now. Connor will LOVE that! And one of my brother's best friends lives next door with his little girl that is about 5 months younger than Connor. Yeah more play dates!
Weeeee! Connor and I went to Water Front Park today. He loves his swings
And he had fun playing in the sand on the beachy area. I'll have to bring his swim trunks next time.
Every boy needs a little dirt (or sand) in his life!
Then we stopped by the skate park on the way home and played on their equipment. They don't have the baby swings though so we got to swing together. He didn't seem to mind though.

Jason finished our basement (except carpet which is coming next week). He painted the walls yellow to brighten the space up. I decided it was just a little too much yellow though so I painted the largest wall sage green for an accent. This is before...
and after... well I wasn't completely finished painting as you can tell. I left a little yellow strip for the picture to show the difference.
