We waited in line from 7:00-9:30 to catch a bus for to Going to the Sun road. They just changed their shuttle service this year and it's not working. They decided to use small busses that only fit 10-13 people and the busses come every 20-30 minutes. But the problem is they should have several busses first thing in the morning since there is a huge line of people from the campsites that wait in a huge line at 7:00, but instead they only send 1 bus every 20-30 minutes. We went to the top, Logan Pass. There we went on the Hidden Lakes hike, which begins as a paved trail and transitions into a wooden boardwalk as it traverses through alpine meadows known as the Hanging Gardens. You cross snow, slush, streams and the Continental Divide. At the top is a beautiful overlook with panoramic views of Hidden Lake and Bearhat Mountain. We saw waterfalls, rams, squirls, marmots and a bear crossed the meadow on our hike up. Jason and Kaiden went for a hike to the spot where the bear had been and saw his paw prints. Afterwards we went out for a pizza dinner.

Glacier National Park
We met Kevin Miller and Jason Tomasli at Glacier National Park for a week of fun. Jason rode his motorcycle there and stayed with us in the RV. Kevin brought his trailer. We went on several hikes. Jason Tomasli has bad knees and I think he was a little sore from all the hikes. We played a ton of board games and laughed so hard! I think the best part of the entire trip for everyone was the games. We stayed at the Apgar campground in Glacier and walked to the Apgar village several times. We had some drinks at Eddie's Cafe in Apgar village. The wait staff at Eddie's was horrible. There is some kind of internal feud with their staff, but regardless we found a table and Jason Tomasli and Kevin told stories that had us all laughing so hard we had tears rolling down our cheeks. In fact a couple sitting behind us starting laughing and joined in too. We loved the ice cream shop at Apgar village! We had a couple different bucks wander through the campsite next to ours. Jason, Kevin and Jason enjoyed way too much beer throughout the week. Jason Tomasli spent most of the week sleeping on our pull out couch in the RV, while we rotated on who slept in the back bedroom... the farthest from Jason Tomali at night. He snores so loud! The last few nights we set up the tent and he slept in the tent (his choice). Kaiden and the girl next to our campsite, Madelyn played together every day. We laughed about Christine, a disgruntle volunteer camp host at Apgar campground. One of our favorite hikes was Fish Creek Trail through the woods.
