Valentines

We had a great Valentines day as a family.  After Connor's basketball game we hung out at home together.  Connor played some V-tech video games, which he was excited about.  Jason and I are not fans of letting kids sit around and play mindless video games, so it's a rare occasion that Connor actually gets to play.  The games he has are actually educational too.   While Connor played his games... Me, Jason and Kaiden played ball.  Kaiden is learning how to roll a ball back and forth... when he's not trying to eat the ball that is.  The loves of my life!  These two boys fill my life with such joy and happiness.  I'm thankful each and everyday for being blessed with these wonderful angels.  My boys relaxing and watching movies.  Valentines evening we had pizza for dinner.  Then we enjoyed some popcorn and watched the Peabody and Sherman movie and Free Birds movie.   Jason's valentines card from me and the boys.  Kaiden drew by himself on the top of the card (first time drawing).  Connor drew a picture with hearts on the left side.  Below is the card Connor made for us at school.  Such a sweet, loving kid!  Connor still loves his transformers.  Luckily Jason gets asked to do most of the complicated transformations, but he asked me to do it this time... the directions only show steps to transform into the robot and not into the dinosaur... so, I ditched the instructions and just looked at the picture of the dinosaur and attempted to match that.  Surprisingly I actually transformed it pretty fast too.  Even Connor was shocked at how fast I was able to transform it... I may have even beaten Jason's record and he gets asked to transform it all the time!  I'm really shocked that some of these transformers are kids toys considering it takes an adult 20+ minutes to transform it!
