Silverwood

 We took Mason with us to Silverwood... best trip ever!  We went on Sunday, which was discounted for Nurses and there was nobody there!!  We started with the water park and got lounge chairs by the lazy river (which is usually WAY too crowded), we floated around the lazy river forever.  It was so nice to play in the water without having a million tubes bumping into you. Connor, Mason and Jason went down ALL the water slides.  Something we have never been able to do before because the lines are usually so long. There were NO lines today. Literally... as soon as you got down a slide you could run back up to the top and be at the front to go down again. Connor even went down the 3 tallest slides... one of which drops straight down!  Afterwards he said he would never do that slide again. He's scared of heights, but still managed to do them all at least once.  Some several times!  Kaiden went down almost all the slides. He doesn't make the height requirement for a few of the taller slides. I went down several slides too... although I didn't even attempt the tallest or straight down slide. Kaiden's favorite was the racing slides. It's actually 6 slides that you race down. Of course since he's the lightest of us all he always came in last.  First picture is us waiting to get into the water park.  Jason is making a ML (Medical Lake) sign, Kaiden is doing is usual peace sign and Mason is just being goofy. After the water park Mason and Connor went to the theme park together. They rode on a few rides and then played in the video arcade. Neither Mason or Connor like roller coasters. Jason, Kaiden and I went on the bumper cars, bumper boats and Kaiden played on rides. We met up for the big train ride and magic show. We got a table up front for the magic show and had a pizza and cheese bread dinner. This was Mason's first time watching the magic show at Silverwood and he LOVED it! They do an amazing job!! Afterwards Mason and Kaiden got their pictures with the cast, got cards signed and the main magician drew a face on the back of Mason's neck. Connor of course was being too shy.  The boys all played games. Connor and Mason won small stuffed monkey's, but Connor gave his to Mason so that Mason could trade them in for a bigger stuffed monkey. Mason also got a light for your mouth and some army men. What a fun day!  The weather was perfect too!
