12.17 Sunday. Our ship was 1 hour late getting into the Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic port due to the wind last night. The temperature was 88 degrees, sunny and windy. We took a tour bus to the Ocean World Adventure Park. We got a chance to swim with, feed and interact with dolphins in the water. Saw sharks, birds, a bird show, dolphin show, etc. After our dolphin adventure we tackled the rock climbing wall on the ship. Kaiden loved this and climbed the wall several times throughout our trip. He actually entered a climbing contest and won too! There is a bell at the top of the climbing wall in 3 spots and Kaiden was constantly ringing the bells. Tonight was the only time we ate dinner at the Windjammer instead of the main dinning hall. The food was great at the windjammer, but nothing compares to the main dinning hall dinners. They are unbelievably amazing! We were all tired though from spending the day in the sun. We did go to the hypnotist show before retiring to watch nature shows in our room.
