We went to Megan and Daniel's wedding at Arbor Crest Winery. Megan is the daughter of Jason's best friend, Max. We've known them for about 13 or so years now. They moved to Alaska several years ago, but Megan grew up in Spokane and still has tons of friends here. Her brother Max Jr. was her maid-of-honor. The weather has been super hot lately, but of course it decided to be overcast, rainy and a bit chilly the day of the wedding. The strangest thing happened though, just as the music for the wedding ceremony started the wind completely stopped and the rain stopped. Almost as if it was on cue for the wedding. After the short ceremony we went to the covered tent for the reception and the sun decided to shine and warm things up so they were even able to open the tent sides up. We had a great time. Megan and Daniel even did one of those amazing first dances you see on you tube with several songs and an incredible dance routine. Kaiden kept asking for money during the money dance so he could dance with Megan. He got the chance to dance with her twice!
