After the Athabasca Glacier we were transported to the glass floored Glacier Skywalk over the Sunwapta Valley. The Skywalk extends 115 feet from the cliff edge and 918 feet above the valley floor. Jason and Kaiden, who have no fear of heights walked the skywalk 3 times and even stopped for pictures in the middle. Connor and I do have a fear of heights. Connor walked the skywalk 2 times. It took me a few minutes to muster up the courage but I walked the skywalk once. The tour was 2 1/2-3 hours long and we found out they have no bathrooms on the tour. Unfortunately we never saw any information that there would be no bathrooms... so Jason, Kaiden and I did what the guides suggested, which was to jump the parking lot wall and pee behind some trees. After the tour we went back to the RV for some lunch and to warm up. We wanted some soup, but the closest thing we had was cup-of-noodles. We drove the Icefields Parkway, which is a stunning scenic drive to Tunnel Mountain Village 1 Campground, site K31. The campsite provides all the firewood you need and they have incredibly clean bathrooms with showers. Tons of bike trails everywhere! Banff is a very bike friendly city! There is a shuttle bus that stops at the campground every hour and it's free to ride into town. Costs $2 adult and $1 for Connor to ride back to the campground. It rained every day, but usually only for 20 minutes. Temperatures were 60-70's (except for at the Glacier).
