Ryan

After the T-ball game Connor and I did some shopping.  But first we stopped at a park to play.

 

 

 

 

 

We got home just as my brother was dropping Ryan off for a sleep over.  Connor was so excited to see his cousin Ryan.  These two boys are best buddies.  First up... some 4 bying in the backyard.

Connor must not trust Ryan's driving skills because he insisted on wearing his seat belt.. which Ryan decided was a good idea and put his on as well.

water balloon fight!  The boys took turns throwing water balloons at each other.  There were no direct hits, so neither of the boys got wet.  But they had fun anyway.

They had more luck hitting each other with squirt guns though

Connor decided his truck needed to be washed.  In the middle of washing his truck Ryan snuck up with a squirt gun to get Connor... not a good move when Connor is holding the garden hose.  Ryan ended up getting soaked.  Not a fair water fight.  We put one of Connor's dry shirts on Ryan and the two boys ran off to play some more.

Mother's Day morning the boys and I went down to make a big breakfast... hash browns, scrambled eggs with cheese, real bacon, turkey bacon and toast.  When Jason woke up he had the boys deliver flowers and a card to me.

My Mother's Day flowers, card, card Connor made at pre-school with a tea bag and note inside that says "I thank you, Mom, for all you do. Your job is tough and that's the truth.  So, take some time to sit with me and brew yourself a cup of tea!" and a decorated magnet.

Laura and Madi came to pick Ryan up just as we were going for a bike ride... so, we just rode down the block and back.
