The Trantum's invited us to join them at the Davenport to view their beautiful tree displays. You buy raffle tickets and drop in the boxes next to the tree display you would like to win. Before Christmas they draw a ticket and that person wins the tree display and package. Several of them have large cash prizes.
Connor drew a picture for them... I can't remember the order, but it's Zack, Jakob, Aric, Tina and Connor.
We bought 25 raffle tickets. Connor kissed each one before putting it in the box... let's hope his kisses bring good luck!
We thought the Duck Dynasty tree display was fun, since that's one of the shows we enjoy watching.

Afterwards we walked across the street to the Davenport restaurant for some desert! Zach, Connor, Jakob, Tina and myself all ordered delicious deserts in small cups. The deserts were so rich and creamy that the small cup sizes were just the perfect size! Connor also ordered a "warm" cocoa. He made sure the waiter knew he wanted warm cocoa and NOT hot cocoa too. Jason and Aric decided to enjoy their desert in the liquid form (beer).
