end of an era

We sold Jason's 1995 Toyota 4x4 extra cab V6 pickup with 148,000 miles on the odometer.  Jason was the second owner and has had this truck for 17 years!  It's been a great truck and we've been debating on selling it for a few years now.  It's nice to have a truck around, but we rarely drive it anymore.  My 4-runner pulls our boat with ease, so the only use we have for the truck is to take an occasional trip to the recycle center (about 2 miles from our house).  We have loved this truck, but with two small kids it's not a practical vehicle for us anymore... so we said good bye and sold it to a young high school kid for his first vehicle.  Sorry, it won't be your first vehicle Connor.  We've joked about this being Connor's truck.
