7-9 We went to Pyramid Lake and just spent the day resting. It was too crowded to really get any water access to the lake, which was fine since we were all so exhausted. We just lounged around the RV and relaxed. Then we showered in the RV and drove to weatherman, Kevin Charette's house (Jason's nephew) in Bakersfield. We spent the evening visiting with Kevin and his husband, Cody. Had some pizza. checked out their new Tesla's. Saw their tortoise, bearded dragon and 3 crazy dogs. Visited until 11:00pm then went to bed in our RV parked in front of their house. California roads are in horrible shape!
